Terms of sale and use

Last updated

These terms apply when you buy or use a Mockbank mock-exam pack. They are written to be read, so they are short. If anything is unclear, email hello@mockbank.net.

  1. Who we are

mockbank.net is run under the trade name Mockbank.

You can reach us at hello@mockbank.net.

  2. Independent practice material

Mockbank is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Erasmus University Rotterdam, TU Delft or any other university, their faculties, or anyone teaching or examining their courses.

The mock exams follow the exam structure that has been communicated publicly to students. Every question is an original practice question written for Mockbank. We have no access to real exams, and no question is taken from or based on one.

The packs are a way to practise. They do not predict what will be asked, and we cannot promise any particular grade or exam result.

  3. What you buy

Each pack is a digital product: a PDF file, described on its page on mockbank.net. Nothing is shipped.

The price shown on mockbank.net is the price you pay.

You order through the order form on mockbank.net, which is hosted by Tally. You pay with Tikkie or Revolut, as chosen in the form. Once the payment has been received, the pack is sent as a PDF to the university student email address you gave.

  4. Your licence

Buying a pack gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may keep the file on your own devices and print it for yourself.

The content remains the work of Mockbank. The licence does not let you pass the pack on to others.

  5. Individually identified copies

Each copy is prepared for the person who bought it and carries identifying details of that purchase.

Sharing the file, uploading it anywhere others can get it, or reselling it is not permitted. This includes group chats, shared drives and study-material sites.

If a copy is found being redistributed, Mockbank may decline future sales to the buyer of that copy and access to future Mockbank releases.

  6. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Under EU and Dutch consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, that right ends once delivery of the download has started, provided you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal.

If the file is faulty, cannot be opened, or does not arrive, email hello@mockbank.net with your order details. We will fix the problem or refund you.

  7. Liability

We take care that each pack is accurate and complete, but mistakes can occur. If you find one, please tell us so we can correct it.

As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a pack is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

  8. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one shown here on the day you bought. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy statement.
