Mockbank collects as little as it can. This statement explains what is processed, by whom, and what you can ask us to do about it.

  1. Who is responsible

    Mockbank is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to hello@mockbank.net.

  2. This website

    mockbank.net sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. We do not build profiles of visitors. The only third-party script is Tally's order form, and it is loaded only when you press an order button.

    To deliver the pages at all, our hosting provider (Railway) and our DNS and network provider (Cloudflare) process standard technical request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. They use it only to serve the site and keep it secure, for example against abuse.

  3. Purchases

    Orders are placed through a form hosted by Tally, which processes what you enter on our behalf: your full name, your university student email address, the name on the bank account you pay from, the payment method you choose and the pack you order. Payments are made with Tikkie or Revolut, which process the payment under their own privacy policies; we see the payer's name and the amount.

    We use these details to:

    • match your payment to your order and email you the pack you bought;
    • help if something goes wrong;
    • answer your questions about an order;
    • identify each copy with the purchase it belongs to, as described in the terms;
    • keep the bookkeeping records Dutch law requires.

    The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and, for bookkeeping, our legal obligation. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

  4. How long we keep it

    We keep order details for as long as they are needed for delivery, support and identifying copies. Financial records are kept for 7 years, the period Dutch tax law requires.

  5. Your rights

    Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

    • give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
    • correct data that is wrong;
    • delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
    • stop processing it, if you object to how it is used.

    Email hello@mockbank.net and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

  6. Changes

    If this statement changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
